Rueben Dip

Ingredients

  • ½ lb shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 2 – 16oz cans of sauerkraut
  • 1 lb shredded corn beef
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Directions

    1. Mix together all ingredients in a crock pot and let melt together.
    2. To make a creamier dip, add an extra 4 oz cream cheese and once it is all melted add a little more milk and dressing.
