Rueben Dip
Ingredients
½ lb shredded Swiss Cheese
2 – 16oz cans of sauerkraut
1 lb shredded corn beef
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
½ cup Thousand Island Dressing
¼ cup milk
Directions

Mix together all ingredients in a crock pot and let melt together.

To make a creamier dip, add an extra 4 oz cream cheese and once it is all melted add a little more milk and dressing.
